Billing questions
How is billing worked out?
One charge a month for the plan you are on. Prices shown are the whole amount, with no per-email charge on top.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from Settings in your dashboard. A larger plan applies straight away, and a smaller one applies from your next billing date.
What counts towards my monthly emails?
Each recipient of each email counts once. An email to three people counts as three. Recipients skipped because they are on your blocked list do not count.
What happens when I reach the limit?
Sending pauses and the API returns a clear error. Nothing is billed beyond your plan, and moving up resumes sending.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow the refund policy. If something went wrong on our side, get in touch through the contact page.
Do prices include tax?
Taxes are shown at checkout based on where you are billed. The plan prices here are before any tax that applies.
