We reply within 24 hours on working days. Support is in English, in the Indian Standard Time (IST) time zone.
To get a faster answer, include:
- the account email or client name;
- the email ID or request ID shown in the dashboard;
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
Never send us an API key, a password, or a full card number.
Reporting abuse
To report spam, phishing or any other misuse of the service, email [email protected] with the full message headers. Reports go to the same place whether or not you are a customer. The rules we enforce are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Security
To report a vulnerability, email [email protected]. Please give us reasonable time to fix an issue before publishing it.
